Hooley House Sports Pub & Grille at 10310 Cascade Crossing, Brooklyn, Ohio.

The service and hospitality was terrible. I was with a party of 13, and the guy that made the reservation was not happy. It was his Birthday. We waited over an hour and the desk person said she was not allowed to seat us without her managers approval. After waiting an hour they told us it would be another hour to be seated and that after we were seated it would take another hour and a half to get our food. There was no where to sit while waiting. No manager or any supervisor staff cane out to talk to us. We left in disgust. I will never go they’re again!.
